Mr. Tem Sokchea

Mr. Tem Sokchea is a Cambodian national with 23 years of experience of working in the social development sector in Cambodia. His work mainly focuses on organisational development (OD), organisational management and leadership, project monitoring and evaluation and strategic planning. He designs and facilitates organisational assessments, capacity development plans to respond to the assessment results, and designs and delivers interventions to support partner organisations to achieve their capacity development objectives. Since 2017 to present, Sokchea has been the senior OD and M&E consultant/project team leader in the VBNK team which has provided a range of consultancy services relating to MERL, PME and outcomes and impact-oriented project (OIO), strategic planning and leadership development program to LNGO, INGO, and local development partners in Cambodia.
