Mr. Lim Phai

Mr.Phai has experienced facilitator, trainer, coach and consultant, with more than 20 years of experience in the civil society and social development sector in Cambodia. Expertise is in capacity development, training and coaching, community development and community organizing, project design, planning and management, M&E and strategic communications. Phai has supported CSOs through training and coaching on organizational development and management, advocacy, and project design including M&E processes; and assists all of the VBNK project teams on program design, implementation, monitoring and reporting. Phai has facilitated a number of Community of Practice (COP) events to reflect and learn from those NGOs who are working together on a specific theme such as Do No Harm, Disabilities, Gender, and so on. A Cambodian national, Mr. Lim holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Tun Abdul Razak in Malaysia and is fluent in English and Thai in addition to his native Khmer.
